I heard alot of good things about this drug and I’m also treatment resistant with other antipsychotics. I have been on abilify for now 3 months and it not only doesnt help but it’s made me worse. Any success stories with this drug? What positive and negative symptoms did it help you with?

My pdoc really wants to put me on clozapine, even though I have said that I’d rather have a natural solution to my woes, for the time being he has at least offered me psychology, but that’s no good really either in my experience, the only good psychologist I ever had was an old farmer from Zimbabwe who sadly retired. He wasn’t for everyone but who is, and the group sessions he ran were very amicable for all concerned. I know it sounds strange, but I don’t lie, my life seems to mirror reality because I am so sensitive to the environment, synchronicities abound, as do coincidences, it is all a matter of perspective I guess, there are some good voices out there. Thank you.

What were some of your delusions if they arent to personal? I’m delusional about everything and I mean everything. I isolate and am terrified of everything. My brain turns everything around

Clozapine 500mg has helped me a lot. I take it all at bedtime. Before I split the dose but couldn’t stay awake during the day. My positive symptoms are almost gone and my paranoia is more manageable. It also helps with anxiety. I take it with zoloft and lamotrigine. Works well for me.

Do you have any memory problems with clozapine? How long did it take to help positive symptoms? What were your positives? I heard it helps with negative symptoms from a few people on YouTube. I also heard it helps people who are suicidal. That I very much am:^(
I cant stand being in my own skin on abilify or any others. They make me suicidal
My memory is pretty poor. I’m not sure that is related to clozapine. It took a few months to really feel the effects. I have visual and auditory hallucinations but mostly gone. I am really paranoid about the government but that has improved a lot. It hasn’t helped a lot on negatives which kind of sucks. I don’t have suicidal thoughts like before but I still hope I don’t live too long. I’m just not going to do anything about it.
