my nephew is turning 5 or 6, can’t remember which. It’s gonna be at this place that mostly does bouncyhouses and stuff.
I’m worried I may be symptomatic, but hopefully I have a good time.

I don’t know if this will help but you are not going to be the center of attention. It’s your nephews day and it might relieve pressure to know everybody will be focused on him. I don’t think much is expected of you except to sit there and smile occasionally. And you’re right; who knows? You might have a good time.

Family time is good time. My family know I’m schizophrenic but I always like talking and it’s always good with family!
Relax and enjoy yourself. Don’t worry about what could be. Worry about now and what is or can be!
This went well. I had a decent time at the party (didn’t have to use my extra benzo) and immediately went to my grandparents and napped for a few hours. I’ve had worse days
