I went to my nieces graduation party. It was great but all that commotion was hard to deal with. I was having a hard time. I think I was hallucinating but I’m not sure. Anyway, I’m home now.

well good for you for trying…that way you may beat your delusions by going out more…fight your comfort zone once in a while…that’s what I do and it helps…

You’re probably right @jukebox . It’s really hard on me but probably better than doing things without ever seeing family
