I want to sleep better and CBD could help. First time I tried I took 40mg, but it seemed to make sleep worse which was strange. I want to try again at 160mg and see what happens. Supposedly doses up to 1500mg daily is considered safe. But it’s expensive stuff, so if I can’t use it at under 200mg I think it will just be too pricey. The CBD I have is 100% THC free.
I just have to do it night to a day I have nothing going in case it backfires, maybe monday.
cbd alone is not good for sleep. i only had success with hemp flower buds which has like high cbd but tiny lik 1% thc. it felt great but after a week of smoking it all day i had to stop as symptoms flared up, i am sensitive to thc its what triggered my sz, the hemp was never as extreme as reg thc flower but just after a week the peace of mind went from increased to almost panic when mild symptoms showed up
The only thing I can get on the table from the doc is gabapentin, which I need to be lucky for it to help sleep. That might be something I will try at some point though.
