I really want to quit…cause its SO bad for my organism…no doubt about it.
I’m on day 4. I’m staying in bed all day watching Netflix and drinking coffee. I’m feeling kind of miserable. I really want to succeed.

I quit dipping tobacco like 3 years ago with the patch. Best thing I ever did. Tobacco is so bad.

every addiction i have ever quit was done cold turkey which is slang for completely suddenly not gradually.

I have to be on a ward for 4 hours tomorrow. No vape breaks. Do you reckon they would allow nicotine gum on the ward?
I’m on day 2…nervous but doing fine…tomorrow is pay day I hope I don’t just give in…
I haven’t smoked for about a week. I’ve been vaping instead. Sometimes I miss smoking a cigarette. It’s not the same as vaping.
Hope I can quit tomorrow, but I’ve been trying for 3 months since I picked it back up and it sucks.
I quit cold turkey when i was 22 i smoked really heavily for 2-3 years before quitting, picked up dipping snuff at 26 because a friend gave me some and it relaxed me i was hooked for about 6 years, picked up unflavored nicotine (online) after that mixed with peppermint oil been doing that ever since… cannot recommend that method as it severely dehydrates you even though i don’t swallow any of it… I am so ready to give up nicotine for good.
