I bought a trickle charger for my car battery and had it installed. The battery pad wasn’t working to keep the battery warm enough when it got extremely cold and it wouldn’t want to start. Plus, now i only have to have the trickle charger and engine block heater turned on for 3-4 hours before starting the car, and before i had to keep the battery pad turned on 24/7…so my electric bill will go down now, too. It’s -25 F this morning so we’ll see if the trickle charger works, it’s only been like -18 F since i got it put in last week.
