Okay. I think I understand what you are asking. So you’d need a Roku which can be bought at any large electronics or an everything store or buy from Amazon. It hooks up via HDMI to your TV and will stream videos from any free or paid subscription you’d like. Never hooked my TV to a computer so can’t help you there but a Roku or similar product will enable you to watch programs on your TV through any streaming APP such as YouTube or Hulu or whatever your fancy.
