Getting really sick of my negative dreams

I’d say 99.9% of the dreams i’ve had while sleeping in the past year have been negative.

I always remember them too when waking up so it’s annoying.

I don’t think of negative situations right before I fall asleep either.

What can I do about this? is there meds for this? I wouldn’t call them nightmares. Just very negative. Me getting rejected by women. Me having serious health issues. Someone trying to murder me, ect..

Those sound like bad dreams. I dont know if taking a med would be worth it with side effects and all that

I was listening to a podcast and the guy said his dreams went from negative like yours to positive when he got his CPAP machine.

Maybe you’re not getting enough oxygen when asleep.

But it was just one guy on one podcast though.

You could try some L-theanine before going to sleep. I don’t really dream when I take it.

I don’t think its that.
