I’d say 99.9% of the dreams i’ve had while sleeping in the past year have been negative.
I always remember them too when waking up so it’s annoying.
I don’t think of negative situations right before I fall asleep either.
What can I do about this? is there meds for this? I wouldn’t call them nightmares. Just very negative. Me getting rejected by women. Me having serious health issues. Someone trying to murder me, ect..
