Getting real irritable, not a good sign

I’ve been recently getting real loud and irritable, quick to snap at my father.
Recently lowered my Risperdal dose from 3mg to 2mg.
Hopefully it’s part of the withdrawal process but it could also mean that I’m becoming unstable.
Yesterday I was a bit manic.
Oh man I hope that it’s just withdrawals

Hopefully it’s just withdrawal from higher dose, you know what to do if it’s not - call the local community mental health team

I have a new psychiatrist that I’d contact
She seems to be readily accessible

I’ve seemed to be more even keeled now.
Probably have to adjust to the lower dose
