Getting paid for doctors visits

I have a Medicare Annual Wellness Visit done from my PCP once a year. When I was young we used to call it a physical; she checks my ears, eyes, blood pressure, checks my heartbeat and my pulse and just does a thorough check up of my general health. The good thing about it is my health insurance plan pays me a $100 to get it done; I get paid in a grocery store gift card. I’ve been getting these done for years; it used to be $200 but it slowly went down. The only catch is it could take up to 120 days for me to get the gift card. It’s a pretty good deal. My plan also gives me a $75 a month grocery gift card.
