My pdoc. I made an appointment to see if there’s a prn I’m allowed to take
She doesn’t allow benzos
But I’m thinking maybe I can add something else
The problem is severe paranoia during and after my new job I just started. It’s awful.

I hope she can give you something that helps. I have paranoia too and I’m scared of some people. It’s no way to live.
Thanks @anon21675834 . It’s not a good feeling being paranoid all the time. It’s exhausting and makes me want to hide in my house and not go anywhere
Try Prolixin …
@jukebox is on it,and it’s best to treat psychotic anxiety …
I take it as prn…
It doesn’t cause sedation,just blocks paranoia…
And not weight gain
Me too. I try to stay in my house as much as I can because I feel like if I leave my house my enemies will find me.
I used to be on it. It didn’t help me
How are you today? If you have to take a deep breath.i hope your pdoc is helping. They got rid of benzos where I go too.
I’m ok today. But the paranoia is still there. It’s really bad when I’m working and after I work
I use Haldol @LilyoftheValley for a prn. Maybe you could try that with your olanzapine. I also have Xanax but don’t like it. It just makes me tired. Doesn’t help the paranoia or inserted thoughts and voices.
I had a reaction to Haldol after taking it for a couple years unfortunately. But thanks for the suggestion @anon90992146
What about loxapine or Stelazine @LilyoftheValley ?
Those might be options to discuss that I just thought of if you wanted to talk with your dr. Just ideas.
I am sorry about the paranoia. I get it bad too. It’s very difficult to live with.
Perphenazine is really good with anxiety and it has helped me with paranoia as well.
@anon21675834 @anon90992146 @Natron
She prescribed Visteril just to take the edge off my anxiety. We didn’t change my meds
I hope it helps.

Thanks @anon21675834 . It’s worth a try.
I’ve been on it before. I hope it helps you lots! Feel better!!
