Well tomorrow I am getting my upper teeth pulled and my first temporary dentures put in! I’m excited but nervous… Wish me luck!.. Should I post pics of my new smile tomorrow??

I learned that temporary dentures don’t always arrive as quick as promised. That being said, getting mine was worth it! Just go easy at first and give your gums time to heal before eating anything challenging.
@anon82948922 my fiance got me protein shakes and I’ve also got broth and pudding, I am lucky where I went they make the temp denture in the office same day I had to take a pain killer for pain but I am feeling less pain now
My boyfriend has dentures/false teeth upper and lower.
He has a beautiful smile.

Soooooo getting all 9 of my upper teeth taken out left me with a black eye and a bruised cheek… Why did no one say this was gonna happen
Bruised cheek is normalish,
Black eye?
I don’t think so.
I worked in oral surgery all through college and didn’t see a single patient get a black eye and we did tons of implant/denture work.
Are you sure it was from the extractions?
@GoldenRex my mom said the same thing happened to her and the dentist wasn’t at all gentle
