Doing good. A little bruised. Also a little nervous about the dental surgery.

What’s making you nervous? Just everything that you’ve been through?

Just the surgery. And wondering how I will be able to talk

A good friend of ours had all his teeth pulled and he talked fine after a couple days, after the swelling went down

Are you getting implants or just extraction? Maybe dentures? Whatever it is I hope it lets you eat without pain, tooth problems are the worst.

Extractions and eventually dentures

I was scared out my wits when i had all my teeth pulled, but honestly its not as bad as you may think. Just make sure you got a decent supply of pain killers for the first week - and gently rinse 3 times a day with salt water, without dislodging the blood clots in the cavitys.

The salt water will heal and harden up your gums alot quicker. The dentures will feel bloody weird in your mouth for a while, especially as your gums will be swollen at first - but you will soon get used to them. I dont even wear mine anymore - and can still chew on a steak with no teeth now.

Im sure it will all work out fine…
