Well, I say free but you actually pay a yearly fee at Safeway and get unlimited free delivery for a year on orders over $30. The fee is usually $99 but I just discovered I pay half that because I get SNAP benefits. So I pay $49 for unlimited free delivery for a year and plus they give you a monthly credit of $5.00.
