The latest delusion I have is that Captain Beefheart communicates with me from the underworld (he is dead) through his moustache. and that explains why I had an episode while hearing his song “hair pie”, with my head changing size & shape. he was sending a message to me telepathically.

That is a strange one! I used to have a poster of Frank Zappa, he/it used to watch what I was doing and talk to me, it was great getting to talk to Zappa as he is one of my heroes, love Beefheart too, Trout Mask Replica is one of my favourite albums.

True, I was listening to Mr Bungle today and it’s definitely messed with my head… music is a powerful thing. I’ve got a certain lyric cycling over and over again and it won’t stop… Should maybe listen to something more ‘normal’ I suppose.

Am a big beefheart fan too. I even like his ‘mainstream’ albums which were pretty far from the trout mask replica sound.
i mostly like replica & decals…
