After 50 years of suffering: I was always, all my life, staying up too late and therefore inducing hypomania in myself, therefore making it impossible for me to sleep. It’s impossible to sleep when you’re hypomanic.
The trick now is to go to bed early, around 830 to 9 pm so you don’t induce hypomania. Dumb de dumb dumb.
You know the old saying, “better later never.” Glad you found out what works for you now. I always go to bed at the same time every night, around 9 PM.
