Slept a couple of hours and now I’m up. Darn. All those sleep meds don’t do much good. I drank a can of pop so that might be the culprit.

Have u took nap yesterday? Naps should be avoided fully not even for 5 minutes as it can affect night sleep.
Also avoid high caffeine beverages like coffee especially after 5 PM.
If you want to go to sleep at 11:30 PM then stop using mobile, computer etc after 11 Pm.and thus prepare yourself for sleep. Also make a rule to not use th till you ate breakfast in morning this way even if wake from sleep no provision to use them thus promote sleeping.
I’m not up running around. As usual I’m lying in bed, exhausted but not sleepy. So no, I don’t think it’s hypomania.
I took a long nap yesterday. I drank a Coke right before bed. And I’ve been on my smartphone all night. Yes, I’m guilty.
