Book club in my area. They are more my speed and eat at affordable cafes where you can get things as cheap as $2.50!!!

Most of the book clubs in my area are coed so I’m excited to have found this group.

The only place where I talk with men without my husband present is this forum.

Since it’s anonymous, my husband and I agreed there is no harm in me talking to men on here as long as it’s not in private messages.

We agreed on each other only hanging out with our own gender when not together because my husbands first 2 wives cheated on him, and now he’s always worried it’ll happen again.

No. I just found them online and joined. They meet once per month so I plan to go to the March get together.

They haven’t announced the book it’ll be yet. Hopefully it’s a good one

That doesn’t sound like a very healthy relationship. Men and women can be only friends. Your husband sounds controlling and paranoid.

I would find this problematic too in my own relationship.

But I think everyone should decide for themselves. There’s many cultures where men and women are totally separated. I think it really depends on the rest of the relationship, whether it is unhealthy or not.

And that great @LilyoftheValley! I hope it’s nice. It sounds like you have found one you are more comfortable with.

Def agree with husband, no way would want wife going to co ed book club.
