When i was in psych ward i went to the old guard he was like in his mid sixties id guess. There 2 other people standing there i said who would win a 23 year old mike tyson or a 23 year old muhammid ali the guard basically said ali without thinking haha and the guy in his 50s said tyson and the guy that was like mid thirtys said tyson. after they all spoke i said ali would go thru him like butter. My dads dad seen ali and chavelo he seen it live in 69 in vancouver or however u prounce it the guy with all his kids dieing..my dads dad eqid chavelo head looked like hamburger helper but ali couldnt knock him on his butt

tyson was beastmode but he dodged holyfield lennox lewis and others in their prime and lost to them later. Theres no greatest fighter of all time each has strengths and weaknesses that let them beat certain fighters. tyson may have beaten ali.

That’s a tough one. The eras were different but not so different that I’d be confident in either pick but Frazier beat Ali and Mike Tyson was kind of a more compact more explosive Frazier. All gas all pressure. I don’t think I’d be confident picking many of the champs pre Tyson to beat any of the champs post Lewis. Everyone just started getting so big. Like think about Ali vs Fury. I think Ali was 6,3, fury’s almost 7 feet tall.
Edit: if it goes past 4 or 5 rounds Ali wins.
