I’ve found pickled food to cause nightmares, and I had some tika masala yesterday, and had a really trippy dream, I wonder if it’s something in it?

Apparently spicy food is notorious for this; I can’t remember where I saw it (somewhere online)

When I was a kid I was told eating candy before bed gives you nightmares. In fact that was the exact premise of the Simpsons’ first Treehouse of Horror episode if I recall correctly. I always figured it was an old wives’ tale.
Imagine if I had all those nightmares because of my spicy burrito and toffee dinners when I was a teen.
