Does anyone else get this? I know what I want for breakfast. I’m hungry. I know all the steps involved in making it and they’re easy. But I just can’t bring myself to actually make the food. And the longer I wait, the more upset I get, because I’m getting hangry.
Someone please motivate me to make breakfast!

I don’t think I get food anxiety. If it’s something simple I’ll procrastinate about doing it rather than get anxious.
For me the anxiety comes with preparing and cooking a meal from scratch. I do better with someone by my side when doing it. I can’t remember the exact details but my stepdaughter has said I have to do things differently than her or her daughters.

My friend suggested I drink some ginger tea to settle my stomach, and it really helped. I don’t know why I felt so icky this morning.
I don’t think i have anxiety but i have lacked motivation to eat for some time now. I get hungry and reluctantly eat when that happens but it isn’t as much as i used to. I just don’t seem to enjoy eating very much. I was depressed for a couple months when it started and even though i’m not depressed now, specifically, i still haven’t been eating as much. The good thing is i have lost weight because of it.
