Sometimes I struggle to eat simply because I lack the motivation to make or get food. I push off the hungry feelings because I can. Luckily this isnt a daily thing but its not good nonetheless
I wish I could postpone that hunger! Still. Regular works for me. I eat about the same times each day. I eat pretty standard things most days so cereal in the morning etc. I cook for my father and me and dad has boring food tastes so it’s pretty standard fare.
I know it’s hard but being consistent helps. Make a plan and try to stick to it. Breakfast at this time. Lunch at this time. Plan ahead some simple meals and move from there. I find that if you build up enough momentum it’s hard to stop…You just keep rolling on.
I’m the same way.
Yeah - just part of negative symptoms.
I’ll suffer holding it in for a couple hours before just getting up to pee.
