I’m not sure which is better. What if your diet is not bad?
I’ve heard fluoride is not good and then I’ve also heard its good so…
If the water supply is fluoridated no need to use flouridated tooth paste

It’s kind of a conspiracy isn’t it.
I have heard they typically use hydrofluorosilicic acid, which is a toxic waste and byproduct of the phosphate industry, deemed too unsafe to be dumped into oceans, rivers and lakes, but instead sold and put into water and toothpaste alongside sodium fluoride.
I know people who refuse to use toothpaste or drink the tap water because of that,
but who knows! I still use toothpaste but i wouldn’t doubt it’s got some unhealthy chemicals in it.
There’s studies saying fluoride is great for your teeth, and others saying it has no benefit whatsoever.

Yea it’s a tough one wen u want to do the right thing n u don’t even know wat the right thing is.
Theres things for n against and on both sides n they are serious lol
