OK so I recently started incorporating strength training into my routine.
I currently alternate between exercises for calf muscles, anterior forearm and posterior forearm.
My next step will be adding palm muscles, biceps and triceps, but currently I am barely managing
the current extended regime which includes 1 strength training exercise per day.
What is your nutrition diet? What foods do you eat to stay healthy?
I saw some toes recently. Was very excited until it turned out they weren’t mine.

I have a free membership to Snap Fitness thru my insurance, planning on going tomorrow, and on-going. The only thing stopping me, is me.
I don’t do a lot of muscle training, cuz I don’t want to get big. Phil says I won’t, I’ll just get toned, but I’ve seen the women in there.
I prefer old fashioned push-ups.
the most fun is the rowing machine, both arms and legs, and a lot easier on the knees.
this gym is 24/7, I’ve got a door card to get in.
I’m trying to start going to the gym. It’s been difficult with all the snow I’ve been getting here
With exercise your bound to gain and that is good especially on the psych meds.
Do you mean grip strength?
