Guys i take two fish oil pills a day with 450 mg seroquel…I heard conflicting reports on this is this safe?
Best to talk to your doctor about it, but I’ve not heard of many problems with fish oil. I’d recommend fish sauce on rice stick though, tastes better.

My Dr says it’s ok but I read somewhere there could be interactions
I doubt there can be much interaction, if any. You could take the fish oil another time of day than your meds if you are worried. That should minimise any possible interaction.

Seroquel worsens memory and fishoil improves memory that all I know.

I got a lot of mental stress from olanzapine. I would describe it as mental Akathisia, where it feels stressful being in your own mind. Taking fish oil basically cured it. I went a year with this stress from the drugs without knowing that omega 3 would fix it. It was basically low level torture before I started taking omega 3.

How many fish oil would you take a day?
I take about 600mg of omega 3 fats (DHA + EPA) combined.
