I haven’t been too well these past few weeks, I hardly ate or slept, and I thought the trees were trying to murder me. So my dad finally let me take antipsycotics. It’s been almost a week and it’s been so calm and quiet, it’s honestly amazing
I am relieved to learn of this! I wish you continued peace and quiet.
Congratulations. I hope your pdoc put you on one that works well for you. APs, therapy, and fighting to maintain perspective are the three things keeping me going.
If they are helping then that is a great thing. Listen to your doctor and good luck!
Good job, keep it up!
I’m glad they’re helping you so much!! I hope things continue to go well for you!!
It’s weird. I’m afraid of trees too. I believe they are trying to kill me. I thought I was the only one.
Trees are very friendly and I think they also have schizophrenia with very strong negative symptoms thats why they never shower or get out of the garden…
@zeno that’s beautiful
I’m happy for you @anon55713086. Way to go
Good for you @anon55713086!
Best of luck to you!
I’m so happy for you, @anon55713086. I wish you all the happiness in the world.
well thank goodness your dad finally saw the light…I hope you stay on your meds !!
I know what you mean. I read Toxic Psychiatry before I was put on antipsychotics. I felt like they would only cause harm, but God does it feel great to watch the voices lose their power of annoying me endlessly. On Risperidone, they’re usually only as audible as an out-of-range radio station. Thank you, Big Pharma.
Amazing yes it is
I was totally isolated from reality
Trees do too shower. Their shower is the rain.
If your dad is denying you needed medication he needs to talk to your pdoc. Your dad is not trained in these matters.
What are you taking?
