Finally getting a new Case Manager

My new Case Manager called me up today to introduce herself.
We’re meeting next week.
Hopefully I’ll like her better than my previous one.

She sounded educated and polite over the phone.
If she turns out to be a dud I’ll just call up her supervisor and ask for another one.

Hopefully it will work out.

They’re all people. Some are just doing a job some are a bit burned out. Be nice to them and be thoughtful when you talk to them. Don’t take them for granted.
