Sounds like you hit the jackpot! I don’t have a case worker but my pdoc and therapist are really good for me. So i kind of know how you feel.

Case managers are kind of like a combination between a counselor and social worker @Moon.

My case manager is so good to me. She is the only mental health professional I trust. It makes things a lot easier when you have a good one.
