I just want to play a little game on my pc…■■■■ gym
Hehehe. I hear you! I have a membership, but I haven’t been going. I haven’t cancelled the membership though, because I have good intentions. Alas, the Playstation calls…
I changed my membership to casual and only pay when I go, so if I go only 1xpw it works out cheaper.
My next challenge is to do the ouch to 5k programme, but I need a possible running injury to be looked at by my GP first, but getting a appointment is a pain.
I might upgrade my membership again over the summer, but we’ll see.
ha I don’t go to the gym. but I bought some equipment. its in the garage. it goes unused most times.
The hardest thing about working out is staying motivated. Anyone can lift weights or run for an hour. You need to find a way to enjoy it.
I almost went 1 month
Our gym just closed so I am getting in some home exercise taught to me by Home Care back when I got pneumonia. It’s harder to get out in the winter anyway.
when I stuck with it, it got addicting, it gave me a pump feeling. 1 month is starting to get habitual maybe a little longer
I have a few problems with going:
-
I need new gym clothes. I have gained enough weight that I shouldn’t wear my old ones.
-
It’s a 20 minute drive, but it’s the closest gym.
-
I don’t like to go alone, but my husband works all the time, and I don’t have any friends.
I want hamburger I will go to McDonald’s tommorow or not bc I am lazy fox
they got the 2 for 5 filet of fish deal going right now. I wish it was salmon though
I am not USA I am Europe McDonalds is everywhere different
When I was on risperdal I did not like going to the gym, but I went anyway.
I have been on geodon for 3 months now and I love the gym! I have so much more energy on geodon than on risperdal!
Only paying when you go is a great idea.
I.have to go to gym atleast once a week to wash myself…cause i cant use the shower at home. So once im there i do cycling for 15 minutes. And some stretching exercises. 15 mins goes by fast and it gets my puls up. I think it heathy.
I don’t want to go to the gym anymore. And I have not even started yet
1 month is a great start! You should be proud. Don’t give up now. You can do it!
