It turns out that Meta AI runs a mean RPG campaign. Played Gamma World with it for three hours last night. Had a hoot. It did a fantastic job as GM and simulating other players.

I hate ai really
Iām at about 90%. Iām married to someone who is an expert on using AI in education and who gets paid to consult on it. She gets annoyed when she is trying to tell me how amazing some new tool is and I am returning stinkeye.

Poor woman gets it from all sides. Students donāt understand why they have to work for grades and abuse her for trying to actually make them learn stuff. Admins only care about students getting a high enough grade that their funding comes through from the govt because admins are paid in part through success rates. A student actually getting educated is a happy accident.

Iāve been very interested in this as a concept. I subscribed to an AI generator that claimed to have a feature like this, called NovelAI. I was disappointed by how bare bones it was, it requires a lot of things like memories and lore points to be written in, kind of like a really extensive prompt. I unsubbed and am looking out for another uncensored AI text generator that can do better. Iām looking for a more fire up and forget type of program. I love DnD to pieces but rarely have others to play with.
I donāt bother with public things like Bing AI because of how heavily censored everything is. It will go to ridiculous lengths to stop people in your story from suffering any harm and any type of ācombatā is seen as a red flag.

Good thing AI wasnāt thing when I was in school or I would have abuse it.
I thought that AI was pretty booty too, the only reason why people talk about is because itās uncensored compared to the other storyteller AI.
