Fighting for Fitness

So it’s been a long journey but I’m doing really well with the exercise. I think it’s been like 3 weeks now at least where I run 30 minutes a day. It’s not fast and I cover about 4 km’s but it’s consistent and it’s a lot easier.

There’s these steps which match a flight on my fit bit so the minimum I aim for is 10 flights a day but nowadays I am doing over 20. It’s not easy for sure. It’s hard as hell sometimes to want to do anything but whilst the weather is good…I’ve been doing well…This is my daily record for today on the fitbit. I aim to have every category filled…

I had started swimming at the gym but no idea when they will open again.

Have you tried cycling? I lost a ton of weight before doing that

Yeah bike is next…have a new tube as got a puncture but need to wait till payday Wed to get a new pump. Very happy. It’s not easy but just been chipping away at it. I started small laps…now I go for a 2 k lap around the block…next goal is 5 km’s a day.

Swimming is so good for you. Hope you can get back to it.
