Nothing helps. Pills etc. It’s crashing for some to say onitsha nothing you’ll get over it. No it won’t. I have been suicidal but I keep thinking about keeping on.
Anyone help ease thr dep. Maybe I need more humor in my life.

Is this seasonal depression? Did it just start with the changing of the season to winter?

Feel for you, i’m at a similar place, i have given up antidepressives, but i know from my past that sometimes depression suddenly stops or ease without anyone knows how and why, so keep up hope if you can.
