Maybe its my meds. I will speak to the psychiatrist on tuesday. I need something for concentration. Any one have the same issues?
Yep, have no motivation nor energy to do anything. It’s called negative symptoms. I also think it’s the med I’m on, olanzapine. As soon as I’m more stable I’ll change the dosage.
I’ve been tired for 25 years, it’s my new normal. I tried to make a thread about it but no one responded. Every once in awhile I’ll find myself with no sleepiness and then I am at a loss, the sleepiness disables me so when I don’t have it I’m unable to accomplish anything because I’m unused to it. Zyprexa made me sleep day and night. I wish I could get a full 8 hours sleep a night but can’t usually. I sleep short and deep then wake up feeling refreshed and naps aren’t good unless they are short and I can’t do that often.

Have you done a sleep study?? You might suffer from apnea or excessive snoring?? You should talk to your doc about it.
I sleep for 12h at a time. I sleep too much. But if I don’t sleep for that amount of time I become groggy and can’t function. It sucks! I need alot of sleep.
I can’t do a sleep study because I can’t sleep in that odd situation. I do snore a lot.
