I’ve been on only 5 mg zyprexa, 2 mg Valium, 30 mg propranolol, and 12.5 mg Lexapro for over a month and I am doing okay.
Funny thing is I am sleeping too much. I attribute it to either depression or just burnout. My fatigue is so severe there is no way I can do without my home. It could be my age, 52. Or it could be that I used up all my energy on exploding with anger for thirty years.
Can you relate to my sleepiness? I just don’t believe it’s my medicine. What do you think it is?
I’ve been recently put on two AP’s, on of which is olanzapine. I’ve been getting bouts of sleepiness, but it isn’t constant. I’m 43.
At least three of those medicines will cause relaxation, I’m not sure about or Lexapro.
If you are worried about it you should bring it up with the pdoc. If you aren’t seeing your pdoc soon you could try a general doctor. My laymans guess is it is the medicines though.
I’m always exhausted thanks to negative symptoms. I just push past it or I’ll be in bed all damn day long.
