Feeling symptom free for the last few hours

I wish I could spot a pattern. Like what triggers feeling good and what triggers feeling bad. Unfortunately it seems random.

If I felt the way I feel now all the time I’d consider myself cured.


I have been feeling good and happy and stable right the minute I wake up. For about 30 minutes of happiness … My cat is next to me, I am in my comfy bed and all is well.

I get up and then it is a war between me, myself and my thoughts. I think you have a point and I will keep a diary till August 31 when I see my doctor.

Perhaps see if you can take relaxation classes?

I might be able to do some, which I find beneficial :slight_smile:
