Just because he is a Former President doesn’t make posts about his health against the rules. Only talk about his political activities.
If there’s a such thing as a real, live saint, Carter is one.

My dad met Jimmy Carter, as While in office President Carter wanted my dads input on a situation because of my dads field in teaching. My dad has the picture taken of him and Jimmy Carter shaking hands at the meeting President Carter flew my dad in for, in his office at our house.

When I was still a human, I wrote a letter to him. I was so little!
I received a huge packet back with photos of him, the White House, his daughter, and dog(s?).
Amy, his daughter, wrote a handwritten letter/note on her picture back. I was a fan forever.

Lets please try not to venture into the republican vs democrat politics and political foreign policy. I don’t want to see this thread turn political.
I realize its hard not to talk about a former president without going into political issues but maybe just focusing on the fact that he was a decent person with a huge heart and a was a humanitarian is enough.
