Feeling nervous in my flat

In the U.K. landlords just own single apartments not whole buildings. So there are many different landlords in one building.

The owner of the flat below runs an Airbnb. Thing is their guests totally use my garden and garden furniture. My bins too.

Now I am not that bothered about that but lately I have become very, very insecure about the set up. I just closed my windows and curtains because of my unease.

I mean the guests leave feedback on the Airbnb website. So in effect they are documenting their views and judgements of me and putting them on a public website. I can’t give any response to their judgements so there is an inequality here.

Feeling really off about this

Why are their guests using your garden and garden furniture and bin ? That doesn’t sound right. I would put a stop to it.

Our gardens are next to each other but there is no fence. Our decking is different though so to me it is clear they are different gardens. I am renting

That would make me feel very paranoid.

My door is also next to the decking. One time an Airbnb guests just up and walked into my house
