I feel suicidal today. Everyone is in bed. I’m sitting here wondering why I want to put up with myself.

Hey gal. It’s temporary and you’ve so much in your life that you need to be there for. So sorry your feeling like this…Why you so down? Ride out those bad times…I know it’s hard but good times are there just around the corner…Let us know your ok.

Why are you feeling this way? Did something recent happen in your life?
When I feel suicidal I always remember that my death will cause pain to my parents and friends.
My parents cried when drs in the emergency told them I was close to die from liver failure after my suicide attempt, intentional Tylenol overdose and intoxication, vomited for 2hrs. I haven’t tried again since then.

I didn’t even want to go to the hospital when my parents came home and saw me vomiting. They changed my mind when they cried and they brought me to the emergency where they gave me an antidote for Tylenol poisoning.
I stopped taking my morning meds because I hate the fact that I’m on so many meds. Sixteen. I just stopped. I need to start taking them again but I don’t want to. Now that I say it out loud I realize how stupid I am. Ugh.

Lots of people take multiple meds, not taking them will only make life worse.

If they’re causing bad side effects tell them to your dr so he adjusts them. I tried 5 different antipsychotics multiple times switched until I found the best med and dose with no side effects.
My neighbor takes like 15 pills, he has epilepsy, depression, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes etc Once he had epilepsy (lost consciousness) while driving and crashed into many cars nearly killed himself and others, one was in a coma, he was on the news. I believe epilepsy is more dangerous than sz.
In other words, he would die if he stops taking his meds.

You have good qualities. You just have to accept that you have bad qualities too and not dwell on them and don’t just focus on the bad… But everybody has bad qualities so you have a lot of company. You’re smart, funny, cute, and tend to be direct. That’s just some of your good qualities, I’m sure there’s more. I hope you feel better soon.
