In sz paranoia is a by product of persecutory ‘delusions’. But if someone is really out to get you it is reality based but if you can’t prove it your doctor will still call them delusions. Do you feel like someone is out to get you?

I will look to see if I have any poetry dealing with fear/paranoia. I write poetry to explore my thinking with my psychotherapist
I asked my current pdoc - she said that bipolar disorder can present itself with paranoia - even with a stable mood.
I was not too sure about this in the past.
I get a lot of fears and paranoia - these are symptoms of my bipolar disorder/OCD/ and generalized anxiety - panic disorder.
My therapist got it wrong, she said that paranoia exists in bipolar disorder, only when the bp patient experiences manic or depressed/mixed moods.
For one thing, Bipolar type 1 patients, not so sure of BP 2 - can get paranoid when experiencing stable moods also
Wonder if I can find a book about on-going trauma!
