What’s your favorite healthy snack? I have to have about 6,000 mg of sodium per day according to my cardiologist. Lately this has been my go to healthy salty snack. Black olives, dill pickles, marinated mozzarella and cherry tomatoes
that looks tasty. i eat cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots
I love Kalamata olives and grape tomatoes
I munch on raisins.
Celery + peanut butter
I like green peas.

If you don’t mind me asking, why do you need a high sodium diet?

I can’t have much salt. Popcorn is good.
I’m managing the best I can. My good weeks I only pass out maybe once. My bad weeks I pass out maybe 3-4 times. It will never go away but it is being treated with medication and diet and exercise.
