What's your favorite healthy snack?

I need good ideas for healthy snacks. Doesn’t exactly have to be low calorie but if it’s more calorie dense I would prefer it to be like from healthy fats. Some of the snacks I have been having recently include apples(sometimes with peanut butter) carrots and celery with hummus, or celery with peanut butter and raisins. I’m looking for some other ideas of things I can keep on hand. I do also like hard pretzels in moderation, I think they are better for you than like potato chips.

Sometimes i’ll snack on a banana with peanut butter on it.

I’ve never tried peanut butter with banana but it sounds good!

I have a few. Cottage cheese, green grapes, and Colby Jack cheese on wheat crackers.

I can’t have spicy things sadly because I have a capsaicin allergy, I used to love spicy things though. Guess I will just stick with regular hummus

Apples with a sprinkle of salt, cucumbers cut up with hummus… plus you already have the carrots, and blueberries are nice!

@Dudenotperfect Apples with salt? Never tried that before, does it balance out the sweet?

My large snack. I know it’s a lot and I feel guilty about that but I’m super hungry so I’m gonna eat all this

Not exactly healthy but I’ll put maple syrup and brown sugar on whole pecans and walnuts. Taste like candy.

That sounds like the perfect treat, I used to make candied walnuts when the food bank kept giving me bags of walnuts

That looks like a healthy balanced snack. It’s not a large snack (in terms of calories at least).
