Failed attempt at a med change really knocked me off keel

I managed to reduce my depixol by two thirds and my seroquel by half. And I felt great because of it.

Next we tried to reduce my pregabalin and everything messed up. To be fair the rate is cessation my doc prescribed was way too much.

Anyway 3 weeks since going back to full pregabalin dose and I am still lagging behind where I was

@el_Jimbobbio I came off sertraline fully a week ago. I’ve had dizziness every time I move my eyes or head. It’s still there. Don’t know how long it will last.

It’s still prevalent @el_Jimbobbio but it’s getting a bit better.
He’s got an appointment with a gastro doctor soon.
Thanks for asking.

Is sertraline an SSRI? Those are nasty to come off for sure. Hope you feel better soon

Yes it is @el_Jimbobbio but nowhere near as bad as it was coming cold turkey off 800mg of qutiapine.

I can’t even fathom what cold turkeying 800mg of quetiapine would be like. Wow

My friend got bad Covid and cold turkeyed 10 mg olanzapine plus nortryptyline. She was simply on another planet. Ended up on the ward

I wasn’t in a good place. I don’t remember much but I do remember storming out my psychiatrists office when she threatened me with forced medication. She reminded me of that last time I saw her.
