I don’t know what it is, but sometimes I get to feeling like everything around me is watching me. Then my eyes start to dart around allot, and don’t know how to shake this feeling. I feel like people are watching me, even things around me are focusing in on me.
Don’t know if I can go to my appt today if this keeps up

It’s kind of going away now since I took some meds, but would really like someone to tell me exactly what that feeling is or if it’s just symptoms from my sz acting up, which I’m guessing, Just it feels like a panic attack while you feel like everything and everyone around is watching you, Like you notice your surroundings way more, and everything seems to go faster.
