Everyone eats so much shiit these days

I’m worried the NHS will collapse in the UK.

It already has.

I think I read that there are now over 6 million people waiting for operations

Mental health services are so bad here now that pdoc’s don’t see patients unless it’s a crisis

My case worker who is by no means trained in meds has been monitoring me, and you can tell by outcome that this simply doesn’t work…

They just don’t have the staff

My aunt works as an admin for a clinic under the same NHS trust I am treated by, and she said there is so many referrals being rejected from GPs for things like depression and anxiety - which the GP’s can treat

She told my mother that only 15% make it to an assessment with secondary MH services from referrals

There needs to be great reform to the NHS for it to still be here in another 10 years. Many people think the tories are purposefully underfunding it so that people want it to be officially abandoned.

It is unfortunate to say the least.

I wish ppl didn’t eat so much shiit

But I don’t feel comfortable saying that

Idk why.

Yea my family was in the UK Today. We were waiting there the entire night to morning for my daddy to be diagnosed

Maybe when you say “some” people and not “everyone”. We are around 8 billion people populating the planet.

I personally think everyone eats shiit

Just my opinion

Tomorrow I will start a healthy eating plan. I shall pioneer the way. Lol

I ate so much shiit too.

I’m literally a pile of junk.

A lot of them can’t afford better food. Fresh fruit and vegetables are expensive. Mac and cheese is cheap. Making healthy food more accessible would go a long way towards reducing the burden on health care systems.

Precisely, not sure why government isn’t actively promoting that, my country’s government is actively promoting it with promotions like Cashback ,education etc

I used to eat like sh*t - mostly everything sugar. Tons of it.

Now i have two shakes for meds and eat a vegetarian salad of some kind if i eat a middle / dinner meal.

Our medical system is okay in my state. But i hear it is stressed in others.

I am thankful to have a pdoc and a gp I can trust.

But it is damn horrible for the people without insurance.

Pisses me off tbh.

Yea processed food. Oats is okay. Though they are sort of processed. I understand ppl can’t all eat organic it’s not always accessible. But non processed organic food is so good… I don’t know.

I see how my mum is… That’s my motivation. She’s not well… I love her very much… But she’s not well
