Ever heard of MTHFR gene. It's a disease that you cannot absorb B-vitamins properly

Thanks @LED, now I have a good idea of how much methylfolate to take.

I’ve just took 5mg of methylfolate, even though I may not have the mthfr gene.

How much I needed and how much you may need are in absolutely no way related. Talk to a doctor, or at the very least a pharmacist, before taking anything.

Yeh I’m gonna get tested first. I only to 400mcg because I may not need it.
