I have been to many hospitals and misbehaved in some and told to go to the isolation room.

Yup. Many times.
But actually, I started to like it in there.
I have a lot of demons. I never looked at it as the nurses locking me away.
I saw it as them locking my demons out.
That was profoundly comforting. I’ve been known to sit in my closet many times when overwhelmed, to recreate that feeling of safety.

Nah, they chained me to a table though, face down and I was alone in there for 5 hours except when they came in with a plastic jug for me to pee in while still chained down by three limbs.

Once. When i was extremley Psychotic, many years ago. Basically a suicide proof room, with a window so they can watch you. Had the dreaded Accuphase jab - where its Goodnight for 2 days.
In my country they just strap you to a bed and inject you with Haldol.

I got the full meal deal: Big shot of Haldol in the booty and then strapped to the bed in the quiet room.

They don’t strap you to the bed in England, but I’ve been in isolation a few times, particularly when I put was put in isolation due to Covid scares and I had to isolate which happened to be in the isolation ward.

Yes, I think it happened twice, I had no idea what was going on but that happens on pills

They need to stop this practise man. It’s so horrible. I had to listen to this poor girl scream for hours after she was strapped down and pissed herself crying for a nurse etc and noone helped her. So messed up the negligence sometimes.

I was put in the isolation room right of the bat in one hospital, for now real reason except that I guess I had schizophrenia.
Another hospital I asked for the isolation room because I wanted some peace.

Yes 10 years ago I was i thought I could cure cancer and stuff like that and then they put me in isolation floor of the psych hospital and gave me a ton of chemical restraints it sucked when I got out I felt so damn stupid and embarrassed I was only in isolation for 2 weeks total it happened twice in my life but I’m a lot better now I take my meds now and won’t do it again

I saw a girl who was put there. She pooped on the floor and was calling for help to clean it up. Also saw a violent guy getting injected in his buttocks on the floor in the hallway while two security guards were holding him still. Then they put him in that isolation room and strapped him to his bed. I was never put there as I behaved well, even the nurse told me I look normal and don’t need to stay here. My friends visited me in mental hospital, I had missed them.
Also a guy walked completely nude in the cafeteria, a security guard put him in isolation room.
Once I spent a day in the isolation room for an unsuccessful escape attempt. Another time I was in a different isolation room for misbehavior.

All the time. As an example, I once threw a cup of coffee on a psychiatrist .

When I was in jail I was placed in a vest thing and locked down in a private cell for 3 days solid 
I was completely naked except my vest which is kind of like those x Ray suits they put on you

I tried to escape the psyche hospital in 2000, I was psychotic
they restained me and strapped me to a bed for a long time
traumatic overload
never got over it, never will
