Anyone else? Think I’m gonna go back to Community college to major in environmental studies. Anyone else major in this? Anyone know anything else about this field?

I’ve loved the environment for a long time and It’s something I can learn pretty well, without contributing to my delusions in any way!! It is a very non-triggering subject for me.
I used to work at a nature center and liked it too

I know a guy who majored in geophysics. He is very involved in environmental movements, sustainable industry stuff etc. I have a deep respect for people like him. I think you are on to something there.
Previously you said you want to take philosophy courses, I don’t think too highly of philosophy, it looks sterile to me, but maybe I’m wrong

Philosophy would only further fuel my delusions, same with writing and music and even psychology.
Then there’s environmental studies, I’m changing the world in a good way little by little and I get to learn about animals and plants and nature and sustainability and all cool stuff like that with no triggering content involved!

My friend did it. She’s now going for her pHD. She wants to be a scientist. There’s actually a lot of different things you can go into with that major.
