Just finished finals for another year at college today. This semester was really tough but I got through with likely good grades. This year was the most work. Next year I graduate and then hopefully go to grad school.
This year had my favorite (but hardest) classes and I really solidified what I want to study in grad school

I want to study Japanese philosophy and do comparative work with Western philosophy, specifically phenomenology 
Philosophy and English, also am minoring in anthropology
Huge congrats! And what a neat major. I’m reading up on Lao Tzu and Kong Qiu right now, but I’ve admittedly never dipped my toes into the water that is Japanese philosophy. I bet it’s fascinating.
Sounds like very interesting coursework. What do you hope to do with your degree?
I am very late but I mostly hope to become an academic, hopefully a professor. But I’m first and foremost doing it just to learn to an expert level
