Encounters with famous people!

I still hallucinate celebrities but I think I can tell the difference now. If they are driving by in a car, it is likely a hallucination.

Nope I deleted it cuz I was in a panic attack. He was with my friend who died 2 months ago and I was with this woman I met in the hospital. Who was neighbors with the guy who died. and was our common friend we knew of. It was a weird coincidence and I was overwhelmed so I deleted it lol

Duran Duran is playing the KAABOO music festival in San Diego this weekend. I wish I was there. Tickets are too expensive. Dang I would go just to see them!

That’s a pity! They’re good live.

Edward James Olmos came to my high school and read poetry once. I didn’t know who the hell he was at the time, this was before Battlestar Galactica.

That’s the only celebrity I’ve ever seen. I had a chance to catch Obama speak at my community college in northern VA before he was elected, but I didn’t go. I wish I had gone, I totally regret it.

Ugh I can relate. Why do we feel compelled to get rid of things when we’re panicked or psychotic? Occasionally I go looking for something and can’t find it and then remember that I probably got rid of it when I was psychotic.

Oh! I forgot famous people I met when I worked at Barnes and Noble: Cory Booker, Richard Belzer, Dick Cavett, and Joe Hill.

They were doing book tours.

Joe Hill looks pretty much exactly like his father.

my then wealthy aunt when I was 17 took me to universal studios hotel and amusement park…I met Gary Busey in an elevator and I said something young and dumb likeā€¦ā€œyou’re from Oklahoma…I saw you in gumball rally.ā€ and he laughed and said yes that was true and asked me to come up to his room…he was with two women in an elevator…I said…I have to ask my aunt…(oh no !!) haha he gave me his room number and my aunt didn’t let me go of course…haha…what a blast that probably would’ve been I should’ve just went and had a good time…

I saw telly savalas eating breakfast and we were waiting for a ride in line and my aunt looked really good and a rolls royce pulled up…she motioned for them to roll down the window and it was John Belushi !! my aunt took a picture…he was in his blues brothers outfit…
