Yea I think its mostly the sz as when I stopped meds for 2yrs I still had negative and cognitive symptoms and no emotions, although a bit less.

I can’t actually remember how long

But when i was a kid i used to feel a full range of emotions

I think in my twentys i felt overwhelming anxiety and fear a lot of the time, bit more feeling than i do now
Started antipsychotics at 32
I don’t know where the years have gone
I guess life is surviving one day to the next

@Zoe s advice was actually very good advice. I think you should consider it, and also quitting smoking cause you seem very depressed.

No thanks and your not making much sense? @anon4126574

Theyre part of the overall solution. Health isnt just a pill. Its holistic thinking and good advice. Its a big part of the solution.

Therapy is very good at helping people with their emotions. Journaling is a type of self therapy to clearify your thoughts and help people understand their emotions. Self help books are also thereputic. That combined with physical health improvements that help emotional aspects is excellent advice…anyways lets not argue…hopefully we can all find the help we need.

So why bother with antipsychotics then ?? If self help and a journal is all you need?
I know if i started eating salad sandwich every day it might fix everything

Why thankyou the Poet.

It has helped me at times so that’s why I share it.

Everyone is different I understand but if it may help one other person then that makes me feel good

And although some people may not understand, minimal medication doesn’t necessarily mean no medication.
